Let the road trip begin. Ceetron’s trade fair trail this autumn

It’s back-to-school time for kids and at Ceetron, it’s back-to-trade-shows time!

We will be present at four very different events this autumn, displaying our state-of-the-art Cloud visualization technology and our awesome (yes, awesome) VR-enabled Ceetron 3D Viewer for Oculus Rift. Whether you are a developer for the CAE community or a CAE engineer, we are sure a stop at our booths will at least be a fun experience… Europe, get ready!

Transvalor Simulation Days – Sept 26-28 – in Nice, France.

Formerly the Forge User Meeting, this year our long-term partner Transvalor has extended this gathering to all of its products and related work. We are looking forward to attending this new event and discover what’s new in the material forming simulation space.

5th OpenFOAM User Conference 2017 – Oct 17-19 – in Wiesbaden, Germany.

As we recently added polyhedron visualization support in Ceetron 3D Components, it was only natural for us to accept this invitation from ESI. This event is going to be an exciting one: not only do we have a lot to show, but also, we are curious to meet OpenFoam users. The open source approach of this product is quite unique on the market and we’re not sure who will show up: developers or users? academic or industrial? There is only one way to find out….

International CAE Conference 2017 – Nov 6-7 – in Vicenza, Italy.

Another first-time event for Ceetron, we will be teaming up with our Italian distributor SmartCAE. Our goal is to continue our recent penetration of the Italian end-user market. But we’ll keep our eyes open for any software editor in need of top-tier visualization technology

35. CADFEM ANSYS Simulation Conference – Nov 15-17 – in Koblenz, Germany.

This one is a large one, and the place to be for Ansys users in the German-speaking sphere (well others will be there too, you can bet on that). We’ve been attending for a few years now, and I guess the fact we are coming back says it all: a must to develop our contacts and read the market of computer assisted engineering.
Check it out

And while we’re on the road, our development team will still be sweating. Stay tuned, new releases and products are cooking !

About the Author:

I joined Ceetron as senior software developer in 2015, holding a mechanical engineering M. Sc (UCL, Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium) and a material science Ph.D. (Ecole des Mines de Paris, France). I spent most of my 20+ year career in various technical positions ranging from solver developer to software engineering director. In 2019, I took up the challenge of taking my technical knowledge for a different ride as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer here at Ceetron (and yes... I will still be helping out in the development process).
